MONTOSCO ORGANIC PROJECT

In the sunny Calabrian fields we preserve the natural soil fertility, we apply the crop rotation and we respect and improve the natural soil structure. The selection of the seeds is subject to severe quality control. The cultivation method has a reduced impact on the environment compared to the traditional techniques, moreover it doesn’t accelerate the coltures growing adding value to the organic Montosco range.

The spices and herbs are collected by hand during their “balsamic time”, they go through a strict selection and processed within 24 hours from their cut, garanting a natural drying process.
